For those of you who are UK based, you may well have visited us last week at the PHTM Expo in Milton Keynes. The exhibition is an annual two day event in which suppliers across the UK private hire industry come together to talk about the latest trends and innovation in the industry.
This year’s show was particularly exciting for us as we had a customer on the stand with us to answer any questions that attendees had. Ian Fountain, General Manager at Cabs Smart Ipswich attended the show with us. We first met Ian at the 2017 PHTM Expo and his company was so impressed with the Sherlock Taxi system that they went live with us a couple of months later. A year on, Ian was happy to come on the stand to answer any questions people had about Sherlock Taxi and working with us.
We were also delighted to be able to talk to existing customers and new visitors alike about some of the upcoming plans for the product including UI re-designs of the customer and driver app, new business intelligence dashboards and a customer account management portal.
