What's happened for Sherlock this year?
As 2024 comes to a close, here at Sherlock we would like to take a few minutes to talk about some of the progress and achievements made throughout the year.
This year we have released hundreds of new product features to our customers as part of the latest product release. Updates include highlights such as:

QR codes on quickbookers/web kiosks

Changes to workflow on the driver app to reduce the number of buttons drivers need to press

The option to temporarily exclude drivers for missing jobs
Additionally, we have adopted new integrations including Flip, a new AI based voice chatbot and Google Pay, which works in conjunction with Stripe, to seamless process payments.
Our close partnership with Taxis Verts has included the launch of Taxis Verts’ new contract with SNCB, the Belgian rail operator. Taxis Verts now partners with fleets across Belgium to deliver transportation services to rail customers. In order to win this contract, Taxis Verts required custom specifications which we delivered in a short timeframe. Like us, Taxis Verts were delighted with quick turnaround of product development achieved to enable the business to fulfil its contract, with Strategic Program Director, Samy Goldmann noting,

Since supporting Taxis Verts to facilitate this contract, we have also begun providing dispatch to another Belgian partner in the supply chain, Taxis Melkior.
We have expanded our operations across other new regions for Sherlock including the UAE, Spain and Czech Republic. More recently, we entered into a partnership with Niels Kaae - a respected and renowned figure in the European private hire and taxi market - to expand our reach in Europe.
