It's almost that time of year again where taxi industry veterans from business owners and managers to software providers and third-party applications descend on Arena MK for two days of the latest trends and innovation to be taking the industry by storm.
Our team here at Sherlock Taxi are delighted to be at the show once again to share our insights, demo our product and answer any questions you may have. We firmly believe that Sherlock Taxi is the most advanced, innovative and flexible taxi dispatch and management system on the market and believe that our 2017 product developments, which included over 700 new features and improvements are a testament to this.
However, we don't just want you to take our word for it, so this year we are excited to invite Ian Fountain, General Manager of Cabs Smart in Ipswich to the show to answer any questions you may have about Sherlock Taxi and working with us.
Ian's company left their legacy provider and joined the Sherlock ranks in 2017 after meeting us at last year's show. The company left their incumbent supplier as the product was no longer meeting their needs nor was it technologically advanced enough to support the growth of the business.
We have a number of developments and updates planned for the product in the coming year including complete UI re-designs of both our passenger and driver apps, a customer account management portal and new business intelligence dashboards.
